Tim Kolling had been our radio rep for four stations in Salina, Kansas for several years. I can honestly say he is one of the best reps I have ever worked with! I have been negotiating spot radio and television contracts for more than 15 years and he is a superb rep. What makes Tim different? The phrase, “I am a partner with your business,” is mere lip service from most sales people. Tim worked hard to know my client’s business; regularly visiting the store, keeping me apprised of market conditions/changes, making sure we were a “first call” for interesting and inventive station promotions, and finally, I have lived/worked in several cities since starting my relationship with Tim and he was VERY conscientious about staying in close contact with me – not always the easiest of jobs.
